OKC Christian Fiction Writers Mini Confrence

James L. Rubart
OKC Christian Fiction Writers will host speaker James Rubart at their annual mini-conference as he presents three sessions on fiction writing. The sessions will include:

Live Free, Write Free—Imagine writing free of all the things that currently hold you back. No more fear or loss of heart. No comparison. No striving. No doubt. “Live Free, Write Free” is a revolutionary approach to writing because it starts not with the story on the page, but rather the story of your life. Once you understand your truest identity and the “story” you were born to live—then you are free to write without limits. This is the foundation for Christian writers from which everything else follows—a game-changer for your “story” and the stories you’ll write.

Creating Unique Ideas With Spiritual HeftThe secrets of creating unique story ideas, that editors and agents haven’t seen a thousand times before, and also carry a spiritual weight that captivate readers during and AFTER they finish your novel.

Marketing 101 – 401The 12 essential marketing skills you must have to succeed as a writer in today’s publishing world.

James L. Rubart is the bestselling and Christy award-winning author of six books, including his just released novel, Spirit Bridge. During the day he runs Barefoot Marketing, which helps authors make more coin of the realm. In his free time he dirt bikes, hikes, water skis, and takes photos. No, he doesn't sleep much. He lives with his amazing wife and two sons in the Pacific Northwest and still thinks he's young enough to water ski like a madman. More info can be found at www.jameslrubart.com.
